Can you print my own photo or design?
Yes — that's the biggest advantage of direct printing. Send any high-resolution image (from a modern phone or better) or a design file, and we'll review it and send you a digital simulation on your wall before printing. For low-resolution images, we'll suggest similar alternatives with excellent print quality.
What surfaces can the printer print on?
On walls it prints on drywall, concrete, brick, wood, tile, and glass. On floors it prints on concrete, tile, wood, vinyl, and existing epoxy. The key requirement is a flat, clean surface — and any flaws we fix during prep, thanks to our original background in painting.
Will a printed floor wear out from walking on it?
No — every floor print is sealed under a hard-wearing, slip-resistant clear coat designed for daily foot traffic, furniture, and regular mopping. In high-traffic commercial spaces like gyms and shops, the coat can be refreshed every few years without reprinting the design.
Can I combine a printed wall and a printed floor?
Yes — and it's one of the most striking options we offer: one continuous design flowing from the wall onto the floor, or a matching wall-and-floor theme for a kids' room, gym, or store. Book both in the same project and we align the artwork across the two surfaces as a single piece.
How long does the print last? Does it fade?
We use UV inks that resist fading and sunlight. Indoors, they last for many years with no noticeable colour change, and they clean with a damp cloth. For high-traffic commercial spaces, a clear protective coat can be added.
Do you supply the wallpaper, or do I choose it myself?
Both options work: buy the wallpaper you love and we'll install it professionally, or choose from catalogues of suppliers we work with — we'll help you calculate the exact number of rolls so you don't overpay. The installation price in the calculator does not include the cost of the wallpaper itself.
How long does the work take? Is it messy or smelly?
A typical residential wall (up to ~120 sq ft) is printed in one day. The work is clean: no paint spray, and the ink odour is very light and clears with ventilation. We protect floors and furniture before we start and leave the space clean.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Calgary and nearby areas including Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, and Chestermere. Larger commercial projects outside this area are assessed case by case.
How is the final price calculated?
Based on wall area, design or pattern complexity, and the current condition of the wall. The calculator on this site gives you a realistic range, and the written quote after assessment is fixed — no hidden fees or add-ons during the job without your prior approval.
